PNP for new immigrant 2020

Hi All ,Myself Jijo from Dubai.We are trying to migrate to CANADA by PNP. I am MEP coordinator -construction ,My wife is Software testing engineer,Can anyone suggest which PNP matches for us .?Do I need to take any certification. If yes, from CANADA or from Dubai itself can i take ?
