PNP Employer Stream International Student with job offer

Hi There,

Couple of months back I applied for PNP under employer stream international student with full time permanent position category. I checked the status, the decision is still in pending.

My question is do I have to work this company until I get conformation letter from PNP and then still I have to work for this company until I get PR?

Help me.

when they issue a PNP certificate, if it says employer: not restricted or NA or anything like that, it means you can work for any employer after you get your PNP, you can work for any company you want during PR process (at CIC level I mean). Just to be safe, I'd work for that company till you submit your PR application to CIC and look for a new job (only if you're not restricted).

as you mention you applied under employer stream, it might be that you're tied to your employer. Just my opinion.
