PNP draws and FSW draws

Thanks so much for reading this. I am currently in the express entry pool and I am confused with the current PNP draws. Does it mean if I have a nomination I will be getting and ITA to apply for the PR?
For an example, if I could apply for the EOI under PhD stream in Ontario, and I get a nomination and adds 600 points to my account, does that mean when there is another PNP- only draw I will be getting an ITA or it means I will be invited to apply for the nomination in the province? please help me clarify my questions!
