if Provincial nominated candidate moves to another province for work or study after became PR. Does it effect his future applications of sponsorship because he didn't stay in the province which had nominated him.

In most cases, the nominee might be able to move to another province after 2 or 3 years ( varies to Provinces ).If he/she is planning to leave the province as soon as PR is granted, I would say that it is a violation of the conditions of the the respective Province that nominated.

If the nominee move without completing 2 or 3 years years settlement in the province, his/her sponsor cannot again sponsor another person for PNP. The sponsor has already signed a declaration stating that the applicant will be staying permanently in the province where he/she is being nominated. If the sponsor has to show the nominee's history in the next application, the violation ( the movement of previous nominee to other province ) will disqualify him from sponsoring any more.
