PNP application on hold by CIC since months

I paid RPRF(right for permanent residence fees) after submitting medicals in January 2015 for Ontario provincial nominee application. I got a letter from beirut visa office that my application is put on hold by CIC ontario part of a QA program on provincial nominee program to do thorough verification and they will not proceed until hey get a direct order from CIC . note, i dont have a job offer nor i was asked to do as a requirement during the application processing.
I called CIC call center they blocked me and said you should only contact your visa office.

does any one have information regarding this?

I think so QA was over and may i ask when did you apply for pr? And did you get any call from OPNP office?
 
I did not get any call from OPNP.
I paid RPRF on January right after sending medicals if that what you are referring for as when you applied for PR.

what do you suggest?

As I applied for pr in June 2014 . Would like to know your application date as May -August was the period for QA by ontario.
 
;D I just checked my notes yes I got a call on for quality assurance by an OPNP representative but that was before I did the medicals and before I paid for Right for permanent residence fees in January 2015 .
I am sorry if that look weird question but what do you mean by "when did you apply for permanent residence ?
the order was: PNP application sent -> CIO CIC Application march 2013-> Medicals December 2014 -> Right for permanent residence fees January 2015 -> application on hold at beirut visa office awaiting direct order from CIC Ontario Office.
 
MP89 , my PR application dates back to march 2013 and I am at a stage where I did medicals and paid the RPRF but visa office informed me that my application is on hold until they get a direct order from CIC Ontario office due to certain QA and verification.
hope that clear my situation. do you have any suggestion for me?
