Good day everyone , I am in such a hurry to figure things out that I did not even have time to go through all the topics to search for answers .

My work permit that obtained with LMO noc code being low skilled expires in June , but because I went to high school and finished appranticeship in a field very similar to my NOC

I want to apply for a nominee program . I have 7 weeks or so , and my questions right now are : can I be in implied status if I send all my paperwork around May 1st until I get the positive nomination ?

No - submitting the application unfortunately won't give you implied status.

After nomination you'll be eligible for closed work permit & after you receive your AOR from CIC you'll be eligible for open workpermit upto 2 years

i meant submitting the application and work permit application along with it , will i have a implied status ? Just like some people do with LMO while having their LMO in process

Urgent Advice Please

Can somebody help me with suggestions and advice, I submitted my application sometimes in October 2013 but until now i have not heard anything from Manitoba but I have called them twice and I was told my application is still in process but they cant give me a timeline for it. the problem i now have is that my friend who is my sponsor has just gotten her green card and she will be relocating to USA to meet her husband , now i don't know what to do since my application has not been approved . Please any suggestion or advice would be highly appreciated .

If your sponsor leaves Canada or even Manitoba, you can not get the provincial nomination, they will track. Some people who sponsored their family members left SK and worked in BC got a call from SK government, you can find the case on the forum.

if your work permit expiries before you get your nomination, that means you are illegal in Canada, do not believe the implied status. try to apply the work permit or try to get nomination before your work permit expiries.

I cant get the nomination so quick . I just wanted to know if it is possible to apply for AINP and WP and just wait for nomination while in implied status . Thats all
