I have 3 questions for Background Declaration Form question 9

- 2nd Point where it asks if I have applied for any refugee or TRV or other visa
I put yes as i applied for study permit from India in 2005 n m here since then

- 3rd point where it asks if i was refused for refugee or trv or any other visa
WHAT SHOULD BE MY ANS? like i was refused twice for study permit in 2005 in India

- Does Kinder Garden (KG) considered as a part of Elementary School like
should it be 2 yrs KG + 7 yrs school in elementary section
