i request for experience letter from my company

so today my J.M called me so he said to me i will provide u experience letter and as well as i can provide u a confirmation letter that when u will complete Ur abroad study we will hire u again if u will study relevant to Ur work currently what u r doing.

so i want to ask this from you? is it a good reason for coming back after completing study or not like we have to make sure vo that we will leave Canada when we will complete our study
what is Ur point on it... like is it good to provide this letter.. or not

OFCOURSE it is good to provide such letter. You have to proof that after completing your studies you will return to your country (country tie) and this letter is one of the ties that you can show. Take it!
