no doubt, SIMON FRASER is amongst the top universities in Canada. other two you mentioned are amongst the below ranking universities.
I don't know, about business programs. But yeah i know one thing, The real game changer is GMAT score , if it is above 650. aim top universities.(UBC, U of Toronto, MCmaster, Queens, YORK etc)
If 550 to 600, aim for average( Dalhousie, WIndsor, Concordia, etc)

If gmat not given and not willing to give, than THOMSON rIVER , VANCOUER island, will be your choice.

I don't know about your choice, But if you have any interest in inversment banking , and want to become a CFA, the there's a course in concordia university of 3 years MIM.

Simon Fraser University is the definitely the best one out of the ones you have listed. You may also look at Capilano University in Vancouver which has got very good business programs with internships.

Personally, I wouldn't recommend TRU and VIU at all.

just to be clear Capilano University is undergrad focused university. I dont know if OP wants to do undergrad or not
