There are lot of universities in canada which offer MEng in electrical
Try to find it on google
Apply in atleast four universities according to ranking (top to below)
apply in one of univ including U toronto McGill

For safe side apply atleast two universities which are having low ranking
Just prepare nice SOP n LOR's
+ GRE (additional)
+ ielts (6.5 +)

Hmmm then better find a university which accepts ielts 6 for MEng.

mate take a another route, apply for post graduate diploma and after completing it get some experience and PR too if u can manage thn apply to a uni. 66% in B.tech not a problem.

i have 64.96 % in BE (mechanical). and i olready applied to confed. also make sure u have no band lower than 5.5 in IELTS.
