YES IAM ALSO REJECTED UNDER SPP -THAT WAS SO SAD MOMEMT..BUT AS PER MY AGENTS SAYING....I RESUBIMITTED MY FILE TO VFS WITH AN LETTER

As you already got rejected in spp so you can't apply again under spp. So by default your file will fall under general category. In general category you need to show more documents and takes more processing time. Visa chances are same in any category.
