if i get ppr soon , so my frind or family members can go to buffalo , he or she can collect visa on my behalf
one my close friend is cityzen of canada , one of my family member is pr of canada but he is the cityzen of india .
so who can go and collect my visa
i ll give authority letter to them

yes. They can go to Buffalo VO and drop off your passports and collect them with your authority letter.

Hi!!!
My kids who are minor are in India.If CIC sends ppr how can I obtain visa for them.Since I cannot get their passports by mail and I have no one travelling to US from India.What can I do for their visas?

If you have any friend or relative in UK, you can send your kid's passport to him/her with a traveler and they can send to US via courier.
