Hii I came in Canada with a three year study permit and got enrolled into an Advanced Diploma program at George Brown College in Toronto. Now due to some reasons I had to withdraw from the program and now I will be taking admission in September 2013 into a 2 year program probably

My question is is there anything to worry about my study permit getting cancelled because I have withdrawn from the intended program of study!!???

And what will be easiest way for me to have PR? I can travel to Saskatchewan, Alberta, Calgary etc etc after 2 years of my studies

Which one will be the easiest for getting PR from the above ones? Any other way of getting PR easily except marrying a Canadian girl or claiming to be a refugee !!?

Help guys PLZ. Thanks in advance

Nope
easiest way to get a PR would be to study towards being an electrician or plumber or construction worker. Huge demand in every province and noone wants to do it

Thanks brother, and could you also tell me how one gets Citizenship after getting PR? What time it usually take?

ThaNKS in advance

its a process that will take around 5-7 years. Process is fairly simple. Just get your PR and you're set

Thank you for your prompt answer.

Also, do you think if I take a 1 year diploma course, there are chances of getting a PR?

I will get a 2 year work permit right?

Great help!!

Hi,

Nothing to worry about.

To increase your chances of getting PR, you should pursue ANY 2 acd. years/ 4 sem diploma in a skilled trade OR some practical job oriented diploma like practical nursing, pharmacy technician etc.
To know more about skilled trades see:
http://www.careersintrades.ca/

After selecting a particular skilled trade/ Practical diploma, you need to go through individual websites of all colleges in provinces you are interested to study in... and find an appropriate 2 years diploma programme in your chosen field of interest.
Here's the list of all recognized Canadian educational institutes, listed province wise eligible for OCWP+PGWP:
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/study/institutions/participants.asp

You can consider pursuing the the course in Alberta (booming province with lots of job opportunities, work for 6 months, open ONLY to Alberta students) or in Sask. (where you will need to work for only 6 months as a Sask. student, can change jobs) or in Manitoba (priority processing time for Manitoba based students for PNP applications, work only for 6 months) or in Quebec (by learning French.. only for Quebec based students for specific types of diplomas and degrees, no job offer or need to work for certain months) to maximize your chances to get PR..
To know more about various student immigration programmes in Canada see:

Best of Luck.

After 3 continuous years as a PR in Canada, one is eligible for Canadian citizenship.

Hi,

If you study a 1 acd. year diploma (of atleast 2 semesters/8 actual months of study), as per current CIC PGWP rules... you will be eligible for a 1 year PGWP.
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/study/work-postgrad-who.asp

With a 1 year PGWP.. it's very well possible to get PR, if after passing out from a skilled trade/practical diploma course..you immediately bag a SKILLED job (preferably in a skilled trade and/or in your area of study). It also depends on which immigration programme you choose to apply under.
