she was under psychiatric care , she got banned from a mall because of her behavior where she was pushing people so the mall security arrested her and then handed her over to the cops , the cops let her go after seeing her id and taking her photo will this incident affect her status with cic , is this a serious matter for her

Was she charged with something? Does the charge show up on her record if she was. If the charge does not show up on her record, she should be fine.

They only questioned her took her photograph she wasn't convicted nor any fingerprint were taken

If she was not officially charged under any code, she should be fine I would assume. You could always request a criminal record check independently to make sure there is nothing in her record.
