Hello every one..

i need help. As i got USA multiple visit visa 2 years back and also traveled to usa and stayed around 5 and half months. then came back.but that time i also applied canadai visa too. and i got it .

when i came back to my country , after one year i applied for usa visa again but my pervious usa visa was still valid . i canged my passport . due to this this i applied for usa visa again . they rejected my new application and also stamped my existing valid visa with "cancel without prejuiced "

my question is
can i travel to canada as i have canadian visit visa which has 4 months expiry ?
second my candain visa on my expired passport and my cancel usa is also on expired passport..and i have also renewed valid passport too, will canada ask about my cancel USA visa? will it create some problem for me at canada airport?

plz help..

tahnks

You can travel as long as your TRV is still valid. You would need to travel with both passports.

You must bring adequate evidence of your ties to your home country + return tickets + finances to support your visit. I would recommend a visit of about 3-4 weeks max.

How long you will be allowed to stay will depend on the officer at the POE.

You may/may not be asked about your US visa. It's not possible to say. Do bring evidence just in case you're asked
