Can a dependent be change after send off to cic

I answered you on your other thread .Yes but do it soon .I have a non accompany son and on my Sa it says i can add him to be accompany ,but one a decision is made on your file it can no longer be added .Even non accompany needed medical police reports and schedule a filled in,so you will have to send a letter to why he is now not coming and may be sign some different forms.

the problem is that my baby mother she wont sign the paper for him to come to canada so i want to avoid that

Whether or not he comes to Canada this child needs to be put on the forms and medical done. You said you sent the application to Cic already ? You will have to have lots of proof that you have tried to get the mother to sign these papers .How old is the baby ? You can't avoid it . You have to deal with it .
