Hi here is my profile plz help me...

10th - 64 %
12th - 66 % (completed in 2002)
bachelors discontinued and got job in state government and working 2004 to till now (Senior Assistant at Govt. Junior College)
9 years 7 months.

Can i study bachelors in canada, what will my chances are ?????????????
