If you traveled somewhere but your residence address was in Canada, then you put that address in Canada. Traveling / Visiting somewhere doesn't mean that place is your address. When you are filling out online residency calculator, you have to mention the name of the countries anyway.

Yes, you have to mention residence addresses outside canada if that is within the four year period of application.

Even if you did not leave Canada since landing. But your landing date is less than 4 years. Application needs 4 years of information. So you will have to provide details of your foreign address before landing as well.

It is not only the addresses. You may also need to check the following. These are needed for the past 4 years from the date you sign the application.

Question 6E
Write all your Canadian addresses for the last four (4) years, including the postal codes.
If you were residing, employed or attending school outside Canada, you must also list all your foreign addresses, including the postal codes.
Question 6F
You must list all your work and education history including English/French language training for the past four (4) years and must account for each month.
Question 6G
List the education history for your children who are or were under the age of 18 in the past four (4) years, if applicable.
Question 6H
Complete the residency calculations for past 4 years. In here you will have to mention the countries and city you were other than Canada even though it was before landing but falls within 4 years.

I am assuming that you came to Canada 3 years ago and since then you haven't left Canada. So, you meet the 1095 days requirement. Since the Application asks for last 4 years address anyway, you put the address where you used to live before you came to Canada and then addresses in Canada in the last 3 years.
