Plz Help in Filling Student Visa Application Form

Hi,

I got my acceptance from Concordia University for Winter 2013, and currently I am waiting for my CAQ so that i can apply for visa.
These days I am preparing my visa documents, I found some questions confusing I hope the members can help me out.

1. Student Visa Form asks for Tution fee, Living etc, and how much you have in your bank account.
So we need to fill the yearly tution fee or the program fee ?? similarly for the living yearly or for the program ??

Tuition fee , it has to be mentioned yearly. One year Tuition fee is mentioned on your offer letter.

Living is probably around $15,000/year...double check it on your univ's website. Break it down.

Living = $10,000, Other= $5000

Bank account = whatever amount is available in your bank account and verified by a bank letter. That is what you will write on the application form.
