PLZ HELP IMMIGRATION FOR SEPERATED COUPLE WITH CHILD ACCOMPANYING MYSELF

Hi Guys!


I am planning to apply for the New Express Entry which is going to open shortly on January under the NOC 1252. I am from India. My Query is Myself and my Husband are planning to get Divorced. However we haven't Filed for Divorce yet But I wish to apply on my Own along with my only Kid without adding my Husband. Please let me know the Procedures to go through? Thank you!

unless officially separated - proof court order and related documents , you can not leave your husbands column blank.
or include his name and apply only for you and the kid

Thank you. Still now we both haven't applied for the Divorce yet but we are looking forward to get separate soon. If we both file for Divorce in the Court and if I can produce some documents related to Court processing our Divorce Case is that enough for Initial processing of PR through EE?
