Hi friends, my name is raghav, i am from india i went to canada in januar 2012 and my course was about to finish in august 2012. But i had to come back to india in june due to my father's death. I informed my college that i want to continue my course from where i left and they told me that i can complete my course from where i left without paying anything. But my question is as in india we all have to take education loan, i also took education loan when i went in january, now i am planning to complete my course, do i have to take the education loan again or i can use my old education loan?

College gave me the permission. They told me that i just have to tell them that i am coming in january 2013 to complete my left course, they will issue me the certification letter, but my question is about the education loan. Do i have to apply again for the fresh education loan?

yes Raghav....if you're applying for new study permit then you must obtain a new loan from any Indian chattered bank.

No my visa is till August 31 2013. But I cannot complete my course because I left the course in middle. But I asked my college they gave me the permission to come back in january 2013 and i can complete the course

If you have the valid visa then why are you worried .There wont be nay reason bro .Just go and get your ticket and move back to your College for studies.If some one ask about the finances use your old statement and college email in which they are stating that you can join them without paying any money .

Really sorry to hear about your loss!
Dude you have visa till 31 august 2013you do not need anything at all! besides a plane ticket and luggage! Book a ticket and go, you have your visa nobody is stopping you and nobody can! You do not need any documents!
Canadian embassy generally issues visa for a bit longer than your course is, for example if your course is for 1year you are likely to get a visa for 1.5yrs so that if there is any problem and one couldn't complete his/her course during 1year you have 5 months extra to do it..
so just go , start studying there do not get distracted, stay strong, work and study hard!

So just get the letter from your college regarding the course like when you will be starting and all.

Ps- everything I wrote above is true if your study visa has multiple entries.

Bro, my course is till august 18 and my visa is till august 31. they didnt gave me extra time in visa. In june I had to increase my study permit but due to that reason i had to come back and was not able to apply for extension
Now what|?

once you go there everything would be fine try to leave your country asap and apply for extension from there.It ll hep you and your career and still if you think that you applied for visa from your home country after its expired date it will cause a ot of prob and whenever u applied again for visa it ll make difficulties for you .So the choice is yours.

I cannot apply for extension because the CIC there in canada said that I can apply only by end of june means there should be at least 60 days before your visa expires/ but now its less than 20 days left. How can I go back and apply for extension
