Plz guide me how to apply Canada immigration

Hi everyone,


I'm resident of Dubai, I have been worked as a customer service Agent in Dubai airport for past 3 yrs. As life is keep changing and my self too. Now I really want to move on to live in Canada. But I haven't got any experience or information how to apply and what all documents, do I need Agent or I can apply myself ??? As many of you will tell me to check on CIC website I checked but I still prefer ur experience and knowledge.Pls,share it to me in details. That will be big help !!!
