Hello,

my wife applied for SOWP in last March'2016 and she got refusal in June'2016. I applied for GCMS NOTES and today I got the report. Reason they mentioned is that,

PV2 nomination and AFL in process not assessed at this time. Recent Marriage MC on file and some photos (same setting) not sufficient to support bina fides of cultural and social aspects of the union in Pakistan. No PC ion file. weak family and economic ties to Pakistan. based on the information provided and accounting for the sociological, political and economical factors in the country of residence, I am not satisfied applicant is a bona fide temporary resident and will leave Canada at the end of any authorized stay as per section R179 OF IRPA. Refused.

Please experts advice. I have applied second time and its been 2.5 months already...what should I do now? I showed ties with country by making vacation letter from company....what do you guys recommend?

The notes mean that stronger relationship proof is needed to prove the relationship is genuine and also stronger evidence of ties to the home country. I'm not sure a vacation letter from your company will be taken as a tie given you are applying for a SOWP. CIC is probably looking for things like property ownership, assets, etc.

but she doesn't own any property asset etc. vacation letter is from her company that on vacation she will come to Canada spend some time and stating the joining date..

That's probably why CIC feels she doesn't have sufficient ties.
