plsss urgent question on biometrics for online application

Please I need your advice. I just got admitted to Msc in memerial university
I live and work in UAE, but presently my organization sent me to singapore to work on a project which will last one month before i can return back to UAE. Since I have all my documents with me here. Is it ok if I apply online and do my biometrics at the nearest visa office in Singapore. Then when I am back I can do my medical
