Good Day,

I Need urgent help, i am planning to send my full application to the CHC by middle of August 2010.
my wife is due for delivery of our 2nd baby by June 2010.

How do i go about including the baby in the application. i want to know if i will have to make out a paymant of $150CAD in respect of the baby when submitting my full doc. to CHC or should i just include his details in additional family information and write a letter to this effect to CHC.

I want to prepare in advance. all contributions will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

if you are going to send all documents by mid august and you expect the baby in june; then simply get his/her passport, photos and pay the 150 dollar fee along with the birth certificate and submit it with the application in full.

Yes if u will be sending your application after baby's delivery and he/she will accompany with u to Canada then u have to fill his details in Application Forms and have to pay 150$ for the same.

Tried to get his Passport first and in case if u do not have; then u can send Forms and can mention 'Applied' or 'Need to Apply'. It would work.

Also at this stage u do not need any Birth Certificate to send.

Just Forms and Fees.

Please follow the checklist for the same.

Thanks so much for your fast and kind responses, they are well appreciated. however i still need clarifications in the following areas.

1. how do i pay the 150cad dollars to CIC. Bank draft or Credit card. the reason why i am asking is because it was difficult for me to raise a draft in CAD dollars in my country when i made my initial application to CIO NS. i had to wire money to somebody in Canada who got a money order for me and incurred a lot cost in the process.

will i have to repeat the same process here or do i just raise a draft, the equivalent of 150cad in us dollars and send to CIC with my full documents.
