Pls.need some advice on my application which my family is not correct spelling.

Hope someone can help me on to contact cic with my family name is not in correct spelling.i just received today an email from cic for medical exam.i found that on the medical exam form my family name is not on correct spelling.my family name is Mora and it was printed on the medical form is Nora.i cannot reply on the email it says a non reply message which is automated message.Pls hope someone who Can help me on what to do with thi

you may do your medical exam and also send through IRCC webform to your visa office a letter IRCC to correct the name spelling

you do not need to visit IRCC visa office in Philippines.....send the visa office a letter through IRCC webform to inform them to correct your name
