pls help with course selection

Hi folks
my profile is like
10th: 69%
12th: 68%
B.tech (ece) : 66% ( 15 backlogs)
passed out in 2014
after that working as a technical support expert.

I applied for wireless network infrastructure in conestoga clg for may17 .
got a refusal.

so pls suggest should i apply for the same course with a strong sop or change my course to the management side?
