pls help...regarding filling the number of application forms

I am applying as a federal skilled worker.

I am filling and sending the following forms:

1. Generic application form (IMM008).
2. Schedule A background(IMM5669).
3. Schedule 3 Economic class (IMM008 Schedule 3)
4. Additional family information (IM5406).
5. Supplementary information -travels (IMM5562).
6. Fee payment form
7. document checklist

I am skipping these documents:

1. Additional dependants/ declaration (IMM008 DEP) as i am single.
2. declaration of minor
3. declaration of common-law union
4. use of representative

I am filling totally 7 forms.

Please advice me if i am wrong or missing any forms.
