Hello friends, I am residing in Canada and got my ITA on 21st August. My Indian PCC was obtained in Canada by mid June. Unfortunately due to family emergency had to travel back to India by September and returned today to Canada. Should i need a new Indian PCC or submit the old one with LOE stating applying new PCC which will not be delivered until the deadline for submission. Please advise as i have just 10 days left for submission.

Your Indian PCC should be fine as you have obtained it after your last stay in India for a period of 6 months or more. It's your call if u want to get a new one.

As per my communication with PSK PCC (Counter C) officers, PCC is valid for six months. Even if you re apply they will give reference to last Police verification report on the passport so it does NOT matter if you reapply or simply give the PCC done in June - both will be same.

You are good with the PCC you hold.

Thats purely my thought and I am not an expert or immigration lawyer.
