We (my husband, myself, and my elder daughter) are Canadian PRs, however, we are living in Pakistan. We had a baby girl in 2008. My husband applied for her sponsorship in June, however, he returned back in July 2009. CPC declared ineligibility and we were told that final decision will be taken by CHC Pakistan. The file currently is in process and it was mentioned it will take 8 months (expected in Sep'2010).
My husband is mow relocating and will file a new sponsorship application. We expect that as he will stay there, he gets eligibility declared and this can be related with our current application which is in process? Is this workable?
Our first three years will be completing in Feb 2011. My husband wants to move in September but we are afraid that initial process at CPC might complete in two to three months. Is there any possibility that we can get decision before February 2011 so that my all family can relocate including my small daughter?
If there are risks that this might be delayed, than shall I request my husband to move in May 2010?
