I am on a 3 year PGWP with 1 year and 4 months left on my Work permit. I work as a Manager at a Telus store with 7 months of experience at this job and wants to apply for a AINP ( Alberta Immigration Nominee Program ) , my confusion is if I need an LMIA to apply under AINP or not? Thank You. :)

Rishabhp,

You should first go through the Alberta nomination program to find out which category you are suitable for. Once you find out a suitable category, then read the requirements for application under that category. After you apply and if your application for provincial nomination (Alberta) goes through then Alberta will nominate you in the Express Entry program where you will get 600 points for the nomination itself. That will ensure that you are filtered in the next draw for issuance of ITA and that's when you start preparing your application for Permanent Resident.

As I know AB Gov didn't Add 600 points for EE. Even if rishabhpb receive PNP, although get 600 in EE. Still ask someone els also.

If you have enought Points in EE, you don't really need LMIA. You can apply direcytly to EE.
