Pls,calculate the education points

Dear seniors,
Would you help me to calculate the education points,because Im not sure ,Is it 20 points or 22 points.
The details of my education history are:-
1. Primary School, high school - 12 years
2. Bechors of petroleum engineering, University - 5 years(from 2000 to 2004)
3. Diploma of business admistration, college - 2 years(from 2005 to 2006)

So ,The total years of my eduacation years is 19 years.

HOW MANY POINTS I can awarded from education(20 or 22)?
