Dear Friends

I have applied under FSW category on 7th november 2009 and application received at Novo Scotia office on 14th Nov 2009
DD encashed from Bank on 22nd Jan 2010, waiting for mail, whether application is approved or not.

pls also make me ensure that transcripts is must for immigration or marksheets are enough

Pls comments on same

Your AOR email from Sydney NS should arrive in next couple of weeks.

Depending upon you local CHC guidelines if they have asked for the transcripts in university sealed envelop then you should provide that, although transcripts are marksheets but as they asked for in university sealed envelop (transcripts will be attested and with university official seal) so you should provide the same.
