Your application was reviewed and we started working on it on 25-Jan 2012

It that means that they are satisfied with the duties I have mentioned on the forms & now they are checking the authentication of the documents which I submitted. or Any thing else.

What is your VO
Didn't understand receive your Medicals yet?
What is ecas showing, in process or?

Since you have not recived any rejection letter and If I see the pattern of the cases which have the " started process on.." around your time,
at least one person who got his CAIPS recently indicates that he will get his MR with the proof of funds,
You should be alright and should be receiving your MR/other doc soon. Your BFD should be 26 May 2012 hence before or after that.
