Pls advice

Dear Members,

Hope ur selves are doing fine by the grace of the Almighty God.

Pls advice me on the issue.

I am April 2010 applicant & currently my status is (RBVO

My File was transferred on 30 - june -2010.
Sent full documents on July 2010 & received letter from Embassy for the receipt of the documents via post on 27-july-2010.

In August 2010 i got a good oppurtunity in Ghana & could not resist cos of the offer & joined the new job. I have worked in Ghana for 9 years.

1.Will change of the place effect of application ?

2. The HR of my old company has resigned (he has signed my relieving letter ).may be the new guy would know very less of my job duties . ( Though i have my original contract letter) ?The time of my verification of job duties.

3. If lucky could it be possible for me to do my medicals here in Ghana & my family in India as my Visa Office is New Delhi. Would CHC be able to colloborate the medicals as they are coming from different countries?.(Mine from Ghana & family from India )

4.The Visa Office has wrongly used my wife's father name as my Father name on the letter of receipt of documents vich dey sent to me by post mail .It is the mistake on their part .How can i get it rectified ?

Your advice would be very helpful .

No it wont.

Yes you can do your medicals in Ghana and family can do in India but remember visa will only be issued from India so you will have to send your passport to India for visa stamping.

4.The Visa Office has wrongly used my wife's father name as my Father name on the letter of receipt of documents vich dey sent to me by post mail .It is the mistake on their part .How can i get it rectified ?

Send them the email and then hard copy with your signature as well so that they correct it before sending you the medicals.
