Hi Seniors and Friends. I sent Ontario application on Jul 7 and AOR on Sep 11. Finally I got additional docs request.

They have asked for Roles and resp letter from company with Issuing person's title, Email and Phone num.

In my original package that I sent, I had given all the required content as OINP states but I had to leave the signatory part to the HR.Turned out that the HR got the letter signed by "Authorised signatory" (HR head but this was not mentioned ), sign and full name.

Considering that the big companies have set format for such letters, It was very difficult and time consuming for me to get the letter. However I will request for a fresh letter to add issuing authority contact details ( will try my luck). To be on a safer side, I l ask them to atleast mention my Supervisor's email.

Seniors please advice. How can I make my evidence stronger. I have already given Pay stubs, Bank statement (which is Salary acc bank itself), Offer letter.

In worst case scenario, Can i write a Letter explaining these proofs ? Thanks
 
Did you original submission include a detailed letter with your job responsibilities which were in line with the main duties of your chosen NOC? If yes, you can resend that and point out that it was signed by HR Head in addition to sending a fresh letter which mentions your supervisor details and is singed either by the supervisor themselves or by HR but clearly highlighting the signatory's designation.

If not, then you need to send in a letter which has those details. Such a letter must be dated recently and can be signed by supervisor/HR/authorized signatory.
