Pls advice !! In deep problem

I am in deep problem .. i applied for canadian immigration from Bahrain in 2007 through agent... everything went well and i was asked by canadian embassy in London to submit passports for visa stamping.

I submit my and my family passports to agent , who sent passports on 17th December 2009.

But i forgot horrible fact that my bahraini residency was expiring on 20th January 2010 while sending passports? Now i am in deep trouble , my company mandoub is asking for passports for residency renewal which i dont have... I asked from my agent what to do ? he said that he can not help out at this stage as PP are already with canadian emabssy and if he write a letter to them for returning passports , they will return without stamping....

Now what should i do ? I checked my online status today .. it is still showing "in progress " .. what to do now ? should i write directly to them through email ? Pls advice...

Sounds like you don't have much of a choice, get it back from the embassy and ask them to stamp it quick and send back, else send it back to you and you will return it as soon as you get Bahrani visa. I am not sure what else you could do.

I will advise you e-mail/fax the CHC explaining the true reason for the recall of your passport and there is 50-50 chance that you might the passport back with visa stamped on them.

Many thanks for advices...

I just need an expert advice about what will happen if i write directly an email to CIC London as per my agreement/understanding with my consultant he should correspond to CIC every thing on my behalf...

But on this issue , he seems least interested so far.. saying contacting them will make your case longer...

Also , if CIC returns without stamping visa , can we not write to them to make Passport request again?

It;s not a problem at all, just let the Bahraini RP expires and renew after your receive your passports from London, 1 BHN Dinar / day penalty after 90 days from the expiry date which is long enough to return your passports...................
