Please what shld I do

I have a deferral letter, should I sent it to cic or I should just wait till they ask.
If I want to sent it is it going to be through email or the through my cic account, please how do I do that?
Still waiting for final decision,I applied on 13tg December and did Medicals on the 11th of January no reply since my medical was updated as "medical passed"
