Please does CAIPS relate to getting your main refusal file from the canada embassy...
Please i was rejected twice and i want to reapply and i was advice to get my main refusal file inorder to work on the reason so i wont be rejected again

Yes, its very important you request your Caips note also referred to as gcms notes which states detailed reasons for your refusal, sorry about your refusal.. I was refused too. They can assist you in getting it..
