Please Suggest : Whether 213 or 2171 ??

Hi All,

I have decided to apply for Canadian Immigration recently and am in the very initial stages or gathering info on this.
My first stumble stone is : whether 213 or 2171 ?

My duties mostly reflect the code of 2171 : Information Systems Analysts and Consultants

But I have worked as Principal Consultant before and have handled projects and been lead Consultant for my company earlier.

So I need advise whether to apply under 213 or 2171?

If 213 : how do i word my experience? Can anyone suggest?
Else if under 2171 what are my chances of getting a Visa?

Neither of these are in the current list of acceptable occupations under Federal Skilled Worker found here: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/apply-who-instructions.asp#list so at this time, you're not eligible to apply under that path.

If that list changes and admits either code, you should apply under a qualifying code that matches most of the duties you performed, you will need to provide a letter from the employer under which you gained that experience that described your duties in detail and they will have to match substantially the wording of the NOC.
