please suggest the university

i finished the bachelors computers in ind and finished the ms computers in USA and i have 4 years work experience in US, then i came back to india in last year october. now i am trying to work permit through studies in cabnada
1. i heard from some folks, if i do 1 year diploma courses in canada related with my work experience i can get work permit . can you please suggest me the universities which are suitable for me.
