Hi Friends,

I went to US for MS. University don't have good reputation(less fees & no need to attend classes). It was closed after 2 years.I didn't get degree. Came back to India recently. Now I really want to study, so applying for canada student visa. don't want to mention that I went to US in canada visa application.. so I changed my passport. I'm showing 2 years work experience in place of MS in US.
1) Will they track my US travel history as old passport number mentioned in new passport?
2)Becoz of 9 backlogs, my agent advised me to edit bachelors degree. Do they verify each applicant educational degree submitted for visa application? How risk it will be editing degree?
3)i'm hiding my US travel history because university in US is not reputed it may create bad impression for VO

Anyone caught doing above things.
Please suggest me anything...No idea what to do

You have to mention that you were in the US in your Canadian application. Failing to do so is misrepresentation (lying in your application) which will most likely result in both your application being refused and a misrepresentation ban of 5 years. It doesn't matter that you changed your passport, CIC can still very easily find out about your stay in the US.

It also sounds like you're thinking of committing document fraud by editing your bachelor degree. Again, very bad idea. Yes - CIC does conduct certain verifications.

If you want any chance of being approved, you need to be 100% honest about your history - including the time you spent in the US studying. You also cannot edit any documents - again, this is fraud which is an immigration crime.
