Hi Everyone,
I am planning to logde my application this week.So,I am eagerly awaiting for your kind and urgent reply!!!
I would be greatful if someone can answer my queries ,please.
1. While filling the form,I got stucked in one area.My situation is -I am separated from my wife since 16 June,2008.We are going to settle this marriage with divorce within next few months.We didn't have any contact with each other and surely she will not accompany me to Canada.I didn't preserve her passport photo with me.
Now what should I write in the Details of Family Members section.Should I still fill in the section and let the visa office know that she won't accompany me and I don't have any photo of her with me? We are awaiting devorce sometime in next few months. Is that adequate explanation?
2. I have been working as a physio in Australia under work visa for last 17 months.I obtained Academic IELTS overall 7.5,no band less than 7. I am planning to enclose a letter to visa office requesting for an exemption from IELTS general module.Do u think they would consider my request and give me an exemption?
