Hi,

Anyone whom had an experienced wherein CIC asked for additional docs? What happened next after it? Is it for medical? for how long will thry going to response then? Thanks anyways and Happy New Year to all!!!

Hi Caloy,

If CIC ask any additional documents, that means they are not fully satisfied with your submitted papers. If you submit all the required documents then the Immigration Officer will review them and evaluate for his decision. The processing time will be extended further for a period, waited for the documents.

After the addnl docs submitted, if all's well, u'll get your meds call by 4-5 months. In the new system, PPR too. Else, another 3-4 months for the PPR, post meds.
