For me, it has been 19 months now. (Applied PR+CR together) seem like Manila office does not work at all especially for CR.

Hi, I know you posted this quite a while ago but I wondered how long it took you to get your CR approved? I applied to London Consulate on Feb 6 2023, so almost 3 months ago and I am getting the feeling it isn't going to be a quick turnaround ...

hey, I applied for a CR in feb 2022, haven't heard since, nor have they ever replied to my emails so far.
