Please, request to guide me about FSW and what is Expression Of Interest

Dear friends,

I am Sonia Patel work as a Financial Analyst from India. I have more than 7 years of work experience in small private company. Am I eligible for FSWC (Federal Skilled Worker Class)
I have some doubts regarding IELTS point, my education point and last but not least what EOI (expression of interest?) Without EOI can I get Canadian PR?
For work experience I can get 15 points.
If I will eligible then I will take IELTS test.
I can get 12 points for age.
I have done Graduation in Accounting (B.Com), so how much point can I get?
I am single.

EOI is expected to be implemented in 2014

You are eligible if u have cleared IELTS (min 6 band in each) and have completed Credential assessment of ur education

NOC 1112 is in high demand. You will be too late to apply as the CAP limit of 300 applications will be filled now
