Yes, pretty much. Did she submit medicals along with the application? Usually its the medical request that comes first for super visa if it wasnt submitted prior.

same email we received yesterday and today medical request :)

Ok in our case, my parents submitted passport along with Super visa application since they applied at the VFS office. I'm guessing you guys applied online, hence the request for passport and medicals at the same time.

Hi guys! :-)

I just need some help.

My mom's supervisa application is so beyond the processing time (10 weeks passed after her medical requirement completion).
Time line:

24 March 2014 - submitted application via VFS Global Philippines (documents complete including passport)
31 March 2014 - advised for medical check up - st luke's BGC
02 April 2014 - results, advised for further test (sputum tests), results negative but advised further tests
22 April 2014 - completed further tests results due on 2 July 2014
02 July 2014 - tests turned out negative , another x-ray same day, still negative
doctor said all is ok, results will be forwarded

now, 10 weeks after 02 July 2014, have not heard from CIC.

I have followed up with VFS - the only visa center authorized by the Govt of Canada, and advised the application is still on process.
I have sent follow up request with CIC via their online case enquiry and still no reply from them.

oh please help, what should i do now?

thanks...

Hi akalak,

Im a filipino too, and im planning to apply through online. I just want to ask what did you do while applying online for your mom. So said that you are the one who did the application for your mom. Just want to know when the time that you submit the application through online, is there an option that you did submit directly outside Canada which is the Canadian embassy Manila? Salamat for your soon reply.
