i have sent my file in last sunday but i discovered that the checklist of cio i have sent was IMM5612(12-2010) but what is present now is IMM5612 (3-2011) but i compare the old one with the recent one i find them same no difference is this make proplem please answer

Relax! If the checklist is only the issue - it should be fine.

I mean -- it doesn't matter if the checklist was the older one or the newer... as long as both list the same enclosures, & u have sent those as well, there won't be any problem/s.
