Please there is no time and I have to go a head quickly.

I got my study permit approved today after the second attempt. But when I applied, I mentioned in the explanation letter that I has a strong home ties to my country and I would leave my wife at the country because she works in a reputed company (The statement was highlighted on the letter). I mentioned other home ties such as future jobs, properties.. Now, my spouse's work approved her to get a leave to accompany me and support me during my studies in Canada. So, she want to apply for a visitor Visa because it will be processed faster than the open work permit.

Can the visa officer cancel my visa and the study permit because he may consider that my visa was issued due to fraud or misrepresentation as mentioned on the CIC website (because I mentioned that I would leave my wife and now she want to apply for a visa)

wwwcic.gc.ca/english/resources/tools/temp/visa/processing/cancellation.asp

Please don't leave us as we need your suggestion... I want to in which way should I go ?

Note: we have no children or home ties except land properties for me and her father and future jobs for both of us.

I need a answer whether I can take my husband and kids with me to Montreal? Can my husband submit his application for open work permit along with my study permit application and under what category I should apply for my kids ... dependent visa??? My kids are under 6 years of old.
Please reply soon.

Thanks a lot mead for your help. Yes, I did show married but I used it as a home tie and highlighted the statement that I would leave my spouse at the home country.

I would be grateful if you suggest what I can say in her letter of explanation ? And what the type of visa would be faster (OWP or Visitor multiple entry ??

Thanks in advance

Then maybe you should hire an immigration lawyer if you want expert advice.
