I have ECA and translated diploma for my foreign study, is it MANDATORY to upload the transcript??? Has anyone got rejected because of not uploading transcript?

It is not mandatory. But I have uploaded it along with diploma and ECA anyway.

Yes exactly as @reddermorel said, please keep in mind that for all translated documents you need to upload 1) original 2) certified true copy and 3) translation, otherwise your application will be rejected.
